Toe to toe, from one nail biting game to another, Team 4 did what no other team in the tournament can do to the 1st seed Team 3. Sent them packing their bags for an early vacation.
The series had to come to a deciding game, as both teams were able to pull-off back to back wins, coming from a loss. However the swinging of momentum finally took its stop at the hands of Team 4, upsetting the tournament favorites in a thriller game 5 74-67.
Ryan Miano led Team 4, but it was the brilliant defense oriented performance by Louis Pepito that made the difference.
Team 3 led by Jig Paul Rio Morales had a good run, and has promised to come back stronger in the upcoming D-League.
