SatCup Season 2 Semifinals - Game 3

The first game took a change in momentum as Team 3 now has a 2-1 lead against Team 4. Led by the relentless shooting and play making of Patrick Cañares who finished with a game high 27 pts, he also got help from Kris Monsanto who added 19 pts. It was a game that needed an extra 5 minutes to determine the winner, clutch baskets after clutch baskets, but it was Team 3 who had the last laugh as they put on a 10-0 run in overtime which secured the win. Team 4 couldn't find any momentum going in overtime, missing shots after shots, they just couldn't get anything going. Though undermanned, they put up a great fight, led by Iko Lunday who finished with a team high 21 pts.

The second game didn't have a winner as we fell short of time due to the sudden outburst of rain. The outcome is to be determined, but Team 2 have a 5 pt lead with 8:18 left in the clock in the final quarter. We will discuss with the team captains as to how we will deal with this scenario.
